Project Manager – Structural Steel

Location: Remote (Must reside near Memphis, TN OR within the Mid-Atlantic region: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington, D.C.)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial structural steel projects from start to finish. This hands-on role requires managing project drawings, coordinating with production and detailing teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring projects align with contractual and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ($1.5M–$12M per project, 4–5 jobs at a time)
• Review and vet drawings for accuracy, constructability, and alignment with contract documents
• Coordinate with production, detailing, and site teams
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Support change order reviews and gap identification
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Previous structural steel project management experience REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Suite preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $80,000–$110,000
• Full benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with 5% match
