Marketing Leader

Industry: Solid Surfaces (Quartz, Natural Stone, Porcelain)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Leader to oversee national marketing initiatives, brand strategy, and all offline campaigns for a rapidly growing solid surfaces company. This role will be responsible for managing new product launches, product positioning, trade shows, events, advertising programs, sample kit promotions, and partnerships—ensuring that the company is positioned as a market leader across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, creativity, and operational execution to a product-driven environment.
Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of all national marketing programs, including trade shows, roadshows, sponsorships, and industry events.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets across advertising, promotional spend, and branded materials.
- Partner with sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all external touchpoints.
- Oversee creation of marketing collateral, showroom displays, and printed materials supporting national sales.
- Evaluate performance and ROI of marketing programs; provide reporting and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Manage a small team including marketing associates or coordinators.
- Own branding guidelines and ensure consistency in tone, design, and message across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience managing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong track record organizing large-scale events, trade shows, or national campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
