Principal Software Engineer

Our client is a leading blockchain security company and they are looking to hire a Principal Software Engineer that is strong with Python. In this role, you will be responsible for building their new AI tool doing a mix of hands on coding, design and architecture. This is a fully remote position but need some on the east coast

Responsibilities And Requirements

• 5+ years of experience of back end Python development
• 3+ years architecting a scalable GTM product
• Develop systems that combine AI/LLM integration, code analysis, and security
• Lead architectural discussions on complex technical issues
• Build and maintain integrations with external API’s and services
• Experience with async/await patterns and concurrent programming
• Develop analysis engines and processing pipelines for complex data workflows
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and workflows
• Experience working on AI products is big plus

Nice To Have Skills

• Computer Science degree
• Modern package management live poetry, uv or pip
• Passion for blockchain
• Familiar with AI chatbots and automation tools
• Experience with SOC 2

Compensation

• $140,000-180,000K
