Designer (Email & Newsletter ) - Consultant

Our direct client is a leading B2B information and marketing solutions company serving the travel, meetings, and hospitality industries. They are seeking a short-term UX Designer to join their team on a contracting basis. You’ll work closely with the team to Design visually compelling, reusable email and newsletter templates for use across various brands. The designer will ensure designs are optimized for email performance. In addition, this individual will provide HTML (email-friendly) implementations where possible—or collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately built.

Title: UX Designer

Location: Remote ( EST Hours)

Duration: 2-month Contract (20 – 30 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $50–$75/hour (based on experience)

Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of email/newsletter design work for a media publishing, or high web traffic organization. (Required)
• Experience ensuring designs are optimized for email performance, including responsive design, clear hierarchy, and strong UX/UI principles tailored for high engagement.
• Working knowledge of HTML best practices (e.g. tables, inline styles, mobile optimization)
• Understanding of the unique constraints and requirements of email rendering across major clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.)
