Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining marketing websites. The ideal candidate will bring strong front-end development skills, a passion for clean code, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with designers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and optimization of marketing websites.
• Build and maintain features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code compatible with modern browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and accessibility.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Proactively communicate and explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
• Stay current on front-end trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in front-end web development.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Background in B2B web environments.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
