Product Marketing Manager
Location: Fully remote in the US
Compensation: $115-135/Hr on W2
Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hrs), standard business
Contract Duration: Initial 7-month (expected extensions/conversion)
Start Date: Targeting May/June

DAY-TO-DAY:
- Develop and execute seasonal campaigns to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Oversee limited-time initiatives that require strategic planning and creative problem-solving
- Collaborate with the Devices PMM team to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accomplishes marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
- Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; and establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
SKILLS:
- 10+ years of experience
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
MUST HAVE:
- Product Launch Expertise: Proven ability to launch new devices and drive sales growth.
- Experience working for Physical Electronic Product Consumer Marketing
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Adept at analyzing market trends and sales data to inform marketing strategies.
- Working across a portfolio of products
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution.
