We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of user experience across our products. This role involves collaborating across multiple project teams, managing shifting priorities, and reporting directly to the Director of Design and Content.
This is a full-time role, US shift and in a Hybrid work set-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Product Strategy: Contribute meaningfully to project scoping and planning. Break down complex problems into manageable tasks to ensure timely and effective execution.
● User Research: Determine when research is necessary and lead all phases — from creating scripts, recruiting participants, and scheduling sessions, to facilitating interviews and presenting actionable insights to peers and stakeholders. Apply f indings to improve user experience and meet business goals.
● Design Deliverables: Produce key deliverables such as heuristic and competitive evaluations, wireframes (low-fidelity), high-fidelity mockups for various breakpoints, and interactive prototypes to guide design execution.
● UI Copywriting: Craft clear, concise, and user-centered interface copy that enhances usability and consistency.
● Design System Contribution: Help build and maintain the design system, including creating responsive layout grids, documenting component usage, and collaborating with engineers to ensure consistency and alignment.
● Usability Improvements: Proactively spot and address usability issues, both big and small. Partner with product managers to prioritize and implement improvements.
● Design Rationale & Communication: Clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions, tying them to user insights, business objectives, scalability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, writers, marketers, and fellow designers to create inclusive, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences. Facilitate design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions as needed.
● Impact & Delivery: Deliver high-quality work consistently and on time. Understand the business impact of your designs and communicate their value to the broader team.
● Team Support & Process Improvement: Help elevate design team practices by proposing and leading improvements. Support and mentor teammates when opportunities arise.
● Autonomy: Operate independently with strong initiative. Take ownership of your work, troubleshoot blockers, and drive progress without constant oversight.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of UX design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior-level role.
● Expertise in end-to-end design processes, from low-fidelity wireframes to polished high-fidelity prototypes.
● Proven experience in building and launching complex software, contributing to full features or product workflows.
● Strong ability to balance diverse perspectives and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.
● Skilled at working across disciplines with a sense of urgency and accountability in delivering user-centered solutions.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
● Committed to continuous learning and growth, with curiosity and a drive to push yourself and your team toward excellence.
● Able to thrive in ambiguous or fast-changing environments, taking full ownership of your responsibilities.
● Advanced proficiency in Figma.
● Experience or interest in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or inventory management systems is a strong plus.
● Familiarity with Material UI (MUI) components is preferred.
