Role
The Senior Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and impact of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials within the bids & proposal management team. This position requires a blend of advanced design skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent outputs that help win business.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Visual Storytelling
- Create high-quality, visually engaging designs for proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
- Transform complex business content into clear, persuasive visual narratives.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all bid materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines while introducing innovative design elements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with bid managers, solution architects, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored creative solutions.
Template & Asset Development
- Develop and maintain design templates, graphics libraries, and visual standards for the bid team.
Quality Assurance
- Review and refine design outputs for accuracy, clarity, and impact.
Innovation
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Firefly) and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in bids and proposals design and or marketing collateral for complex solutions.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work and creative problem-solving
