Role

The Senior Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and impact of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials within the bids & proposal management team. This position requires a blend of advanced design skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent outputs that help win business.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Storytelling

  • Create high-quality, visually engaging designs for proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
  • Transform complex business content into clear, persuasive visual narratives.

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all bid materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines while introducing innovative design elements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with bid managers, solution architects, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored creative solutions.

Template & Asset Development

  • Develop and maintain design templates, graphics libraries, and visual standards for the bid team.

Quality Assurance

  • Review and refine design outputs for accuracy, clarity, and impact.

Innovation

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Firefly) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in bids and proposals design and or marketing collateral for complex solutions.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work and creative problem-solving
