Role Overview: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring our vision to life through thoughtful design solutions that support Taeyen’s mission of innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design elegant, user-friendly interfaces and components using Figma

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all digital products

Translate complex business and user needs into simple, engaging experiences

Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements

Ensure all designs follow responsive and accessible design best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile product development environment

Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for supplemental design assets

Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging UX practices

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong design portfolio

Mastery of Figma: auto layout, variants, components, prototyping

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design

Experience in responsive and mobile-first design

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience working in agile, collaborative environments
