Who you are

We are looking for a badass Motion Graphics Designer to join our Creative team, so you’ll need to bring the flair, ideas and skills to deliver game-changing experiences for some of the best brands in the world.

What you’ll do

• Join our Motion Graphics team and create highly engaging 2D and 3D animations for social media platforms.
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain an organized file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files on the central storage space.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously; you must have experience with quick turnaround projects.
• Ability to adhere to the file management system, After Effects composition organisation, Photoshop & Illustrator layering system and the workflow we follow.

What you bring

• Have at least 3 years of experience in After Effects, used on a day-to-day basis.
• Have experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Indesign. Character animation skills are a HUGE plus (if you have references of this make sure you show us).
• Experienced with media production for mobile, online and social media platforms.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Forecast.
• Strong visual and conceptual skills are essential and we need to see this in your portfolio. This must be coupled with technical ability behind the computer and a desire to grow and learn more about workflows, pushing design thinking and working with different visual styles.
• Be up to date with current design trends and always on the lookout for new techniques, styles, and cool, shiny tricks.
• Experience in any 3D program (Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, etc) is a big bonus.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
