As our new Graphic Designer, you will primarily be working on website and digital designs, but will also work on a diverse range of projects (including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentation slide decks, event materials, and more). The ideal candidate is dynamic and creative, with a strong background in website design, and the ability to design and create assets across print, brand, and email. This position requires a blend of creative ingenuity and technical expertise.

Pay range: $75-85k/hr.
Location: 100% Remote.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with the Creative Director, the Communications Director, or other team members to discuss details of all projects.
- Create designs using software that's specific to the project (ex. Figma for website designs, InDesign for page layouts, Illustrator for digital illustrations, etc.)
- Review and provide feedback on websites being developed by the WebDev team.
- Faithfully incorporate changes and feedback into existing or templated designs.
- Communicate effectively to present and convey design concepts when new projects are assigned.
- Ensure high-quality standards for all deliverables, performing thorough reviews to deliver error-free materials.
- Manage tight deadlines without compromising quality of work.
- Understand and adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.
- Take initiative in applying problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to elevate projects.
- Ability to be flexible with competing priorities between multiple tasks in alignment with leadership direction and company goals.
- Refresh existing materials with regular content/stat updates.
- Regularly track and report on work in progress and work completed.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Deep understanding of Figma and website design best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for print and digital designs.
- Solid skills in PowerPoint with the ability to create professional and engaging presentations.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS; motion design and animation experience; basic video editing skills; and digital illustration capabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with production processes.
- Exceptional understanding of brand identity and adhering to guidelines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web, print, and branding projects that demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take creative direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
