Think of this role as the architect of everything that makes complex systems just work. We’re building a platform that helps security teams cut through the noise - automating investigations, streamlining workflows, and making “alert fatigue” a thing of the past.

It’s the core services that keep the whole operation running: RBAC that doesn’t suck, APIs that actually scale, and workflows that make sense.

What you’ll do

• Build and evolve services that touch the outside world

(customer-facing, not just internal plumbing)

• Improve RBAC systems, design REST APIs, and streamline workflows
• Ship features in reporting, analytics, and customer auditability
• Work on schedulers, policy engines, and multi-tenant platforms

What we’re looking for

• 5-6+ years backend engineering (must be senior level)
• Proven experience building external-facing services/APIs
• Python + Django expertise (absolute must-have)
• Solid Data modeling + Postgres, queues/streams (Celery/Redis, Pub/Sub)
• Deep understanding of reliability patterns (idempotency, retries, rate limiting)

Bonus points :)

• Cybersecurity product experience
• Enterprise software background
• Familiarity with cloud tooling
