This role is for someone who has already helped a technical Web3 or crypto infrastructure product win with developers, and can prove they drove real adoption, not just noise.
You’ll be joining a high-conviction, crypto-native business building at the intersection of AI and crypto. It’s a senior, hands-on role with real ownership, direct exposure to founders and leadership, and the chance to shape developer go-to-market from the ground up.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Own developer go-to-market
- Drive real developer adoption, usage, and ecosystem growth
- Launch integrations, build challenges, hackathons, grants, and partner initiatives
- Create technical content, demos, example repos, guides, and launch playbooks developers actually respect
- Build funnels, lifecycle, CRM, automation, and attribution systems around developer growth
- Work closely with product and engineering to improve activation, retention, and adoption
- Act as the bridge between technical credibility and commercial growth
- Help turn a strong product into something developers genuinely build with
This is a senior role for someone who can operate across product, engineering, marketing, and ecosystem.

YOUR BACKGROUND
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you’ve worked in:
- Crypto infrastructure
- Developer tooling
- Protocol ecosystems
- L1 / L2 ecosystems
- API / SDK / RPC / node provider / indexing environments
You’ve probably done things like:
- Owned developer GTM for a technical product
- Driven adoption through integrations and ecosystem programmes
- Run hackathons, grants, or incentive-based builder campaigns
- Created technical content and product narratives that developers trusted
- Built developer funnels and growth systems with proper measurement behind them
- Worked closely with product and engineering to improve the developer journey
You should come across as:
- Crypto-native
- Credible with engineers
- Clear and direct
- Commercial
- Hands-on
- Outcome-focused
- Strong on systems, tooling, and leverage
