Job Description:
T Palmer Agency is looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Strategist to enhance brand awareness, execute high-performing drip campaigns, grow website traffic, and generate quality leads for both our company and our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies, with a strong focus on SEO, paid media management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and HubSpot. This role involves both big-picture thinking—planning long-term initiatives—and day-to-day campaign execution—optimizing bids, managing budgets, and tracking performance in real time. If you're a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Oversee Digital Strategies: Create and implement long-term marketing roadmaps and short-term advertising campaigns across SEO, paid search, paid social, and other relevant channels to meet agency and client goals.
- Manage Paid Media Campaigns:
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct daily monitoring of bids, budgets, and audience targeting.
- Test new ad formats and tactics to drive increased ROI/ROAS.
- Lead HubSpot Drip Campaigns & Automations:
- Build and optimize automated workflows to nurture leads, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
- Synchronize audience segments between HubSpot and ad platforms for targeted campaigns.
- SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to boost organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
- Copywriting & Content Development:
- Write and edit compelling copy for websites, landing pages, ads, email campaigns, social media, and blogs—aligning messaging with both SEO guidelines and ad platform requirements.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Measure, analyze, and report key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, lead conversion rates, organic rankings) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Dashboards, and others.
- Troubleshoot pixel/tag issues, UTMs, or data discrepancies to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
- Continuous Optimization & Testing:
- Identify new digital channels, A/B test ad creative, and refine bidding strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
- Regularly review campaign pacing to ensure budgets are on track without overspending or underspending.
- Client Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client objectives, present campaign reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations that outline campaign insights, growth opportunities, and ROI improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including paid media management (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO strategy.
- HubSpot Expertise: Strong proficiency in building drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and audience segmentation within HubSpot.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable setting up tracking pixels, troubleshooting technical issues, and leveraging tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable insights for continued optimization and client reporting.
- Copywriting & Editing: Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content that aligns with brand voice, SEO standards, and platform best practices.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to partner effectively with Account Managers, clients, and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have equivalent experience.
Preferred Certifications:
