We’re looking for a freelance Marketing Communications Manager to support our team in managing client accounts with a mix of strategic Marcom insight and hands-on tactical execution. This role is part-time, fully remote, and open-ended—we’re looking to build a relationship with someone who can jump in and keep things moving with confidence.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day social media operations for one or more client accounts
Help develop content calendars and write engaging, on-brand captions
Serve as the key liaison between T!LT, internal departments, and client stakeholders
Prepare regular updates and presentations for internal and client review
Manage budgets, including tracking time, expenses, and ad spend
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
Coordinate with our in-house design team to bring content to life
Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign concepts, messaging, and general marketing assets
Coordinate content production for both organic and paid social media assets
Support development and execution of audience-segmented email marketing campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms

What We're Looking For:

5-8 years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, and/or content strategy—bonus points for agency experience or client-facing work
A self-starter who’s comfortable juggling multiple client voices and goals
Strong writing chops and a feel for what works across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Experience with paid social campaigns and basic budget tracking
Someone who can spot trends, flag what’s not working, and adjust strategy as needed
Reliable, communicative, and cool under pressure
