SYTMN is a web app that automates high-quality design and marketing for small businesses. With just a few clicks, our platform creates and posts beautiful, effective content — no design or tech skills required. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to help craft an intuitive, polished experience that feels effortless for users and reflects the quality of the output we deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the UI design of the SYTMN web app across all screens and states
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate ideas into clean, functional interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems that support rapid iteration and scale
• Prioritize mobile-first design, with a strong understanding of responsive layouts and interaction patterns
• Help define and maintain a consistent visual language and design standard
• Contribute to user experience thinking and advocate for design excellence throughout the product

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of UI design experience, preferably with product-focused teams
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates modern, user-centered design
• Advanced proficiency with Figma (or similar tools) and experience creating and managing design systems
• Strong attention to detail — typography, color, spacing, and visual clarity matter to you
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Bonus: Experience designing for SaaS tools, marketing platforms, or AI-powered products
