Retail and Marketing Program Manager

About the Role
- Lead execution of retail expansion initiatives including new store openings, remodels, and relocations
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes and scaling systems
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional coordination across a large region
What You'll Do
Program Leadership & Execution
- Partner with the AMR Expansion Marketing Manager to drive retail expansion projects and fleet marketing programs
- Develop marketing briefs and finalize plans for each expansion project, securing leadership approval
- Coordinate with Design, Development, and New Store Opening teams to deliver strong in-store experiences
Process Innovation & Optimization
- Design and implement scalable processes to eliminate manual workflows and improve efficiency
- Streamline store signage support for maintenance and damage issues
- Audit and update internal systems to ensure accuracy and alignment
Vendor & Quality Management
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
- Collaborate with vendors to create campaign renderings
- Review and maintain compliance with retail brand standards
Financial & Project Tracking
- Maintain and track expansion budgets
- Provide weekly project updates and visibility to stakeholders
- Balance timelines, resources, and business needs for optimal delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- 7-10 years of project management experience
- 7-10 years of marketing or brand campaign experience
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility projects
- Ability to work across large cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across teams such as Programming, Production, Creative, Product Marketing, PR, Retail Operations, Communications, Training, Merchandising, Finance, Store Strategy, Publishing, Procurement, and Marketing
- Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail with a strategic mindset
- Experience with tools such as Wrike, Quip, and iWork
