Lead UI / UX Designer

Location – Remote (EST/CST)

Must have "LEAD" exp & Offshore coordination exp

Key skills: Enterprise Design Systems, Storybook, Figma, UI/UX, component libraries, design tokens, accessibility, design governance, and strong stakeholder management

Lead the design system workstream, partnering closely with senior Design System designers to establish and evolve the Storybook-based design system.

Own design system standards, component definitions, documentation, governance, and design-to-development alignment, while providing direction to the offshore design and React development team.
