System Pavers is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media who is a true creative with a results-driven approach. The Social Media Manager reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is part of the performance marketing team but also collaborates heavily with the creative team. This role goes beyond content posting – it requires a performance marketing mindset that connects social media efforts with lead generation, website traffic, and overall business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content and social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, marketing initiatives, and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Analytical:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand identity and business goals.
Schedule, curate, and post content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
Track and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools, report on KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Creative & Content-Driven

Conceptualize and create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media platforms.
Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Manage community engagement and UGC partnerships.
Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate social media into broader marketing teams.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of social media management experience, ideally in a performance-driven, brand-building role
Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that result in engagement, website traffic, and lead generation
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Strong grasp of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization
Ability to own the social media strategy and execute with minimal oversight while collaborating with the broader marketing team
A passion for creativity, innovation, and social media trends

As the Social Media Manager at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company. System Pavers has a fantastic and dedicated team focused on helping our customer make memories with the friends and family. This is a full-time, remote position. Hourly compensation between $75k-$85k DOE.
