System One is seeking a Program Manager – Project Risk Management to lead the development and execution of enterprise-level risk management strategies supporting complex engineering and project environments.
This role will drive risk planning, assessment, and monitoring, providing data-driven insights to support project forecasting, decision-making, and overall program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of project risk management strategies, processes, and tools
- Oversee risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across multiple projects
- Provide quantitative risk analysis impacting cost and schedule
- Support proposal teams with risk identification and assessment
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and standards
- Deliver training and mentorship on risk tools and best practices
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of risk data across systems and platforms
- Facilitate risk reviews and support project teams with mitigation strategies
- Perform scenario analysis, root cause analysis, and decision-support modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Project risk management
- Project/program management or engineering environments
- Strong experience with:
- Risk analysis and reporting
- Cost/schedule impact assessments
- PMO processes and project controls
Preferred Experience
- Nuclear or highly regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Primavera P6
- Primavera Risk Analysis
- ARM, PRISM
- Palisade @Risk
