Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales - shaping market insight into actionable content and messaging. You will drive market research in collaboration with the Product team, produce high-impact sales enablement content, and support go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Positioning

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, messaging, and roadmap decisions
• Develop buyer personas and user journey maps to refine targeting and value proposition
• Attend events and client meetings to gather insights directly from the field
• Collaborate on user research and integrate findings into product and marketing strategy.

Content Development & Enablement

• Develop and execute content strategies for the full customer journey
• Create compelling collateral and sales materials: one-pagers, case studies, web content, blog posts, campaign content, articles, playbooks, etc
• Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates product value
• Support Product and Customer Success for development of onboarding and training content.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Lead product launches including messaging frameworks, launch materials, and internal enablement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align GTM activities
• Ensure consistent narrative across channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or deep tech
• Solid understanding of the maritime industry or willingness to ramp up quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, storytelling skills
• Ability to balance strategy, research, and content production
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional startup environment
• Willing to travel occasionally for industry events and client engagements.
