Job summary:
As a designer in the team, you will work side-by-side with designers and cross-functional leaders from across the company to develop innovative and user-centered experiences. We will depend on you to support initiatives that create long-term and sustainable impact and to build meaningful, collaborative relationships with our product and engineering partners. With a dedication to craft, you will support key horizontal workstreams and set the strategic direction for initiatives that shape experiences for buyers and internal teams by solving client’s biggest challenges.
Key responsibilities:
Support the design and development of
evolved internal tools geared toward streamlining internal teams workflows, and
iterative design updates across an exciting new UX framework that enhances customer browsing and discovery across client.
Building a zero to one internal merchandising tool-CMS
Partnering with a customer facing experience that the team has been building – moving to feed base taking a big CMS and combining into 1 and making client's job very streamlined
Attending all the standups- have to know the buyer side along
Responsible for the homepage- header, footer for all platforms, deal and Building discovery platform- at the upper funnel of the product experience
Will work with another team for 3-5 hours within an internal tool --- will need to have flexibility to work with the CMS and work with the buyer side (home. Page, landing page, etc.)
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interaction, product, or UX design.
•Outstanding online portfolio that shows a broad range of interaction design work from native apps, web and desktop-based applications.
•Experience using human centered design and design thinking to build scalable frameworks and strategies for projects end-to-end.
•Experience using data and research to advise decision making and measure outcomes.
•Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to present ideas concisely and persuasively to peers and leaders to solicit design feedback and gain alignment
