Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a challenging project. (*)

What you'll do:

• Offer technical leadership and contribute to architectural and technology decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support team members daily to promote continuous learning and growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance within the team.
• Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Actively engage in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and address technical risks, impediments, and bottlenecks proactively.
• Provide thoughtful and constructive technical feedback and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development-related issues and roadblocks.

What you will need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and MS SQL Server.
• Solid experience with backend systems and building APIs, services, and applications.
• Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar frameworks).
• Strong command of Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a drive for improving processes and implementing innovative solutions.
