Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for an international project. (*)

What you'll do:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities where Generative AI can deliver value.
• Design and engineer effective prompts to guide LLM behavior and optimize output.
• Apply chain-of-thought reasoning techniques to develop intelligent LLM-based workflows and solutions.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Quickly create prototypes and demos to showcase GenAI capabilities and drive innovation.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Client’s GenAI methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
• Actively participate in the Data Science and GenAI communities, helping shape and advance our AI capabilities and assets.

What you will need to bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong foundation in machine learning and analytics.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), ideally in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong data science background with a particular focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficient in Python, capable of independently building prototypes as well as delivering robust, production-ready solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure data services.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• Fluent in English
• Proven consulting experience with the ability to manage stakeholders, translate business challenges into technical solutions, and deliver impactful outcomes.
