Job Description
_ROLE PURPOSE
_The position will be accountable for operational tasks to support marketing and sales campaign execution in Romania and Moldova. The holder will act as key enabler in the execution and looking after digital marketing and online omnichannel campaigns. Main focus of the role is on digital marketing agency coordination, digital tools administration, website & social media platforms and marketing automation.
- Administrate social media, website, online platforms and marketing automation
- Run and coordinate awareness and lead generation online campaigns; nurture leads leveraging digital tools and marketing automation
- Provide analytical reports to support management understanding of business performance and trends for the omnichannel campaigns
Accountabilities
- Implement impactful customer journeys through SFDC marketing cloud, with a focus on making the growers journey easy and enjoyable and collecting insights along the way (example integrated NPS survey and polls)
- Establish process, tools and methods that build and track customer personas and improve customer experiences through more targeted and relevant marketing campaigns
- Set the right goals, KPIs, matrices and benchmarks to effectively measure success and monitor progress of digital marketing campaigns, including the adoption of the digital marketing analytics dashboard for all campaigns
- Manage online platforms such as website, e-commerce, DDG, Fuel Program, and marketing automation implementation (event automation, interactive and dynamic emails, journey builder, email instant survey using dynamic content)
- Perform online platforms maintenance service, sanity checks and updates; provides support to the field force in promoting the online platforms and build campaigns to assure conversion
- Execute marketing campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and generate leads; Execute NPS and other marketing automation activities/campaigns (SFMC, Email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns)
- Ensure that online platforms operate in accordance with legal frame (e.g. personal data protection)
- Integrate data from online programs/platforms to CRM to improve close loop
- Coordinate Digital Marketing Agency for creating content for Syngenta social media channels and paid media campaigns. Update website and Syngenta social media channels with necessary materials
- Monitor, report adoption rate & frequency of usage, drive shareholders engagement and train newcomers
- Run analyzes in social media platforms and provide them campaign management team to improve communication investments
- Support CRM Lead in CRM and Distributor Portal
- Support the development initiatives website and social media channels by working closely with CRM & Digital Marketing Manager CU Black Sea
- Take active part in the 5 years planning process, by providing sales and market reports and data quality-check to campaign teams and management
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing. SFDC and Marketing Cloud knowledge is an advantage
- Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies
- Previous experience with digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns and content management
- Marketing automation and lead management via Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar application represents a plus
- Demonstrated experience of designing and executing online conversions campaigns using a variety of media and mediums
- Good knowledge of Paid Media, website metrics and SEO
- Customer Experience Management, Customer Journey Mapping and Lead Nurturing Experience preferred
- Editorial mindset with an ability to understand the audience's content preferences
- Pro-active and determined approach, passion for results
- Ability to integrate as team member in cross functional groups
- Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of comfort with data-driven problem solving
- Computer skills and good understanding of systems and databases
- Able to build strong relationships with agencies and business partners
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
