Role Description

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will lead, strategize, and execute the company’s marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness. Responsibilities include overseeing market planning, conducting in-depth market research, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, and managing the overall marketing team’s performance. You will also develop sales enablement strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals. This is a full-time, remote leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to create and execute strategic initiatives.
• Strong experience in Market Research and understanding market trends to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales to develop campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets.
• Leadership and team management skills, demonstrating the ability to mentor and guide a results-driven marketing team.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental coordination.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or similar sectors is an advantage.
