About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of partner experiences on our B2B platform. This role focuses on the ‘fuzzy front end’ of the design process—tackling strategic UX challenges, defining problems, and exploring innovative solutions.
As a hands-on strategic UX designer, you will lead workshops, develop research-driven concepts, and collaborate with principal designers, product teams, and global sales. Rather than focusing solely on high-fidelity UI design, your work will center on conceptual development, problem definition, and research-based insights that guide the product direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Early-Stage UX Problem-Solving: Identify and prioritize user needs, uncover strategic challenges, and define product opportunities.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead design thinking sessions to align teams and generate ideas.
- Concept & Prototype Development: Create low-fidelity concepts and prototypes to test and validate ideas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, principal designers, and sales teams to refine ideas into actionable insights.
- User-Centered Advocacy: Champion human-centered design principles, ensuring usability and accessibility remain at the core of the product strategy.
- Research & Validation: Translate user research and testing insights into clear, strategic product recommendations.
What You’ll Bring
- Strategic UX Expertise: Proven experience in early-stage product design, with a strong ability to define user problems and explore conceptual solutions.
- Workshop Leadership: Ability to facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional collaboration sessions.
- Research-Driven Design: Comfort with user research, usability testing, and iterative validation.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align stakeholders across design, product, and sales teams.
- Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for concept development.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing platforms or enterprise UX.
- Background in B2B or partner-focused digital products.
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics and data-driven decision-making.
