As a hands-on strategic UX designer, you will conduct workshops, develop research-driven
concepts, and collaborate cross-functionally with two principal designers, product teams, and
global sales. Rather than focusing on high-fidelity UI design, your work will be centered on
conceptual development, problem definition, and research-based insights that guide product
direction.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage in early-stage UX problem-solving, defining and prioritizing user needs and
strategic challenges.
● Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to align teams and generate ideas.
● Develop low-fidelity concepts and prototypes suitable for research and validation.
● Work closely with product managers, principal designers, and sales teams to refine
ideas into actionable insights.
● Advocate for human-centered design principles, ensuring usability and accessibility
remain core to the product strategy.
● Translate research findings into clear, strategic recommendations for product
development.
