Lead Product Designer - Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Design UX/UI for next-generation apparel and material creation tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure user needs drive design decisions.
• Conduct/support user research, gathering insights from apparel designers and material specialists.
• Identify and apply design patterns from related industries (e.g., footwear) to apparel-specific challenges.
• Advocate for evidence-based design decisions that shape product direction.
• Prototype, test, and iterate to refine usability and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong UX/UI skills with experience designing digital tools.
• Ability to translate research into user-centered design solutions.
• Experience working with product managers and technical teams in iterative development cycles.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on usability.
• Experience with generative design tools and parametric modeling (preferred but not required).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for apparel design products/services.
• Experience with enterprise or technical software applications.
