About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager, who will lead all aspects of our marketing strategy and execution. From digital campaigns to content marketing, events, branding, website development, social media and lead generation - you’ll drive initiatives that increase brand awareness, support sales, and position Synergy Information Solutions as a trusted technology partner. You’ll manage marketing operations, reporting directly to the CEO, and collaborate closely with sales, technical, and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business objectives
- Define KPIs and track performance across all campaigns and channels
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that support brand positioning and sales goals
Digital Marketing, Website & Automation
- Manage email campaigns, paid ads, SEO, and website optimization using HubSpot and other tools
- Lead website development projects, including site structure, UX, content, and performance improvements
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the website reflects brand standards and supports lead generation goals
- Improve lead funnel performance through A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Oversee social media, online presence, and digital engagement metrics
Content Creation & Branding
- Lead content development for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and sales collateral
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed
Event Coordination & Industry Presence
- Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and conferences
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop event strategies that drive engagement and qualified leads
- Plan and recommend events, including but not limited to charity golf events, lunch-and-learns aligned with customer and prospect objectives and various sponsorship opportunities
- Track event ROI and optimize event performance
CRM & Project Management
- Manage marketing workflows and collaboration via Monday.com
- Ensure accurate lead tracking and campaign attribution
- Work closely with sales to align on lead hand-off and follow-up processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector
- Proven success in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Strong skills in content development, storytelling, and brand messaging
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT services, SaaS, MSP, or VAR environments
- Experience running demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
