Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to manage and drive marketing initiatives for our clients. This is a client-facing, remote role (onshore) requiring strong project management, communication, and marketing operations expertise. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment, execution, and reporting of key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary client-facing project lead, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee and manage the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Facilitate project planning, stakeholder meetings, and status reporting while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project timelines, requirement specifications, and process workflows.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead strategic planning and execution for customer engagement, retention, and acquisition campaigns.
- Drive the development and optimization of multi-channel marketing operations, including email, direct mail, SMS, paid media, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Ensure seamless execution of customer journeys within marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end testing, tracking, and reporting frameworks.
Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
- Work closely with the data and marketing teams to define campaign tracking requirements, ensuring accurate attribution across all digital and offline channels.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing tracking tools to maintain data integrity and enable performance reporting.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Documentation & Transition Support
- Create technical documentation and architecture diagrams for marketing processes and integrations.
- Lead knowledge transfer and transition efforts, ensuring smooth handoff to internal teams upon project completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management within a digital marketing or marketing operations environment.
- Strong background in client-facing roles, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with campaign management tracking, marketing analytics, and cross-channel attribution models.
- Knowledge of marketing tracking tools such as Claravine or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience working with subscription-based or lifecycle marketing programs.
- Understanding of customer journey design and marketing automation workflows.
