BrandProduct Marketing Manager - Health & Wellness
Pay Range : $95K - $125K
Will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our U.S. healthcare portfolio. This role is responsible for building awareness, equity, and trust around new-to-market wellness brands, with a strong focus on consumer-centricity and digital-first execution. The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. This position owns the brand P&L and plays a central role in innovation, marketing communication, and performance tracking post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead the launch and commercialization of new products in the U.S. market, including positioning, messaging, and cross-functional execution.
- Collaborate closely with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure 360-degree marketing activation.
- Partner with creative and media agencies to develop and implement integrated campaigns that support product growth.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define and articulate brand positioning, personality, and key messaging.
- Lead consumer segmentation and targeting efforts based on market and insight-driven data.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Translate consumer research and cultural trends into actionable brand strategies.
- Leverage data and internal tools to monitor brand health and category trends.
- Represent the voice of the consumer in all stages of brand development.
Brand Performance & Optimization
- Own the brand P&L and monitor performance metrics including revenue, margin, and ROI.
- Conduct post-launch analysis and recommend optimizations to strengthen product positioning and growth
Innovation & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with R&D, and supply chain, to shape innovation pipelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans with agility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and category norms across all consumer-facing content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7~10+ years of experience in product or brand marketing, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer healthcare categories.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer products in competitive markets.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and managing product messaging across channels
- Strong strategic thinking, product storytelling, and creative judgment.
- Analytical skills with experience using data to inform messaging and positioning decisions
- Ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure.
