We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive rapid growth in new customer acquisition through Google Ads, Shopping, and P-Max campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in the details, auditing accounts, optimizing feeds, and scaling campaigns daily.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of profitably managing large eCommerce budgets and combines analytical rigor with creative optimization, constantly testing, refining, and executing to move the needle on growth. You should be fluent in Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, confident in campaign structure, feed management, match types, and conversion metrics, and able to make data-driven decisions rooted in CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
udit and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and P-Max to identify quick-win opportunities
• Execute daily keyword mining, bid adjustments, and campaign expansions to improve efficiency and scale new customer acquisition
• Optimize product feeds, delivery data, and ad extensions to enhance Shopping performance and conversion rates
• Manage a sizable daily ad spend, balancing aggressive growth with disciplined ROAS targets
• Develop and test new campaign structures, creative formats, and targeting strategies to accelerate performance
• Track and report key KPIs including CTR, CVR, impression share, and daily order volume
• Collaborate with internal teams or stakeholders to align creative assets, analytics, and product priorities with paid search strategy
