Product Manager - B2C & AI (San Francisco / Remote-First)

Comp: $150,000–$200,000 USD + Equity

Company: ~30 employees | 1M+ MAUs | $30M Series A

Own key areas of an AI-native B2C platform for creating, discovering, and playing.

🛠️ You will:

• Own product areas across creation, discovery, engagement, and retention.
• Turn user problems into experiments and shipped products.
• Analyze product behavior with SQL, Amplitude, and BigQuery.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design.
• Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex daily.

🧩 Skills:

• 3+ years of consumer Product Management experience.
• Experience with mobile, social, creator, gaming, or content products.
• Strong product sense and data analytics skills.
• AI-native with daily use of AI tools.
• Strong ownership in fast-moving startup environments.

Strong candidates will fit one of two profiles:

• 🪁 Content Platform PM: Shipped onboarding, FTUE, activation, or engagement features.
• 🧠 Agent PM: Built recommendation systems, feed ranking, or personalization experiences.

🪶 Other Skills:

• UGC, social, creator, or feed-based products.
• LLM agents or AI creation products.
• Early-stage consumer/AI startup experience.
• Strong consumer UX instincts.
