Are you passionate about AI and business growth? Do you have 4-5 years of experience in business development, crafting compelling proposals, pre-sales, sales strategy and enablement, or AI consulting? SynaptyX is looking for a AI Business Development & Marketing Specialist to support our expansion and engagement efforts!

What You'll Do:

✅ Assist in pre-sales activities, including client research and outreach

✅ Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and engaging with prospects.

✅ Craft compelling proposals, case studies and pitch decks that highlight our AI-driven solutions.

✅ Draft and refine sales messaging for lead generation

✅ Work on lead qualification, sales pipeline management & follow-ups

✅ Drive LinkedIn outreach and engagement to connect with potential clients and partners.

✅ Collaborate on marketing efforts, including creating creatives for social media and campaign strategies.

✅ Stay up to date with AI trends and translate them into business opportunities.

✅ Engage with potential partners and support partnership development

What We're Looking For:

🔹 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or AI consulting.

🔹 Strong understanding of AI, enterprise tech, and digital transformation.

🔹 Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.

🔹 Creativity in social media content and outreach campaigns.

🔹 Self-driven, proactive, and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
