Product Marketing Manager (all genders)

Your role

We are looking for a skilled, ambitious Product Marketing Manager and technology evangelist to join our expanding Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will help define how we position ourselves in the market and how we tell our story in ways that are meaningful and accessible to current and future customers. You will work closely with our product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and act as the voice of the customer inside the organization.

Your mission

• Create compelling messaging and positioning for our products and services.
• Translate product features and capabilities to marketing essentials (i.e., USPs, value propositions, personas).
• Actively research market trends and the competitive landscape, conduct regular interviews with customers and partners, and disseminate gathered insights within the organization.
• Contribute to and safeguard internal alignment on product understanding.
• Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, factsheets, case studies, and other relevant buyer resources.
• Contribute to product-focused GTM campaigns across relevant digital, offline, and in-person channels.

Your profile

• Product marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably in SaaS, manufacturing, or the logistics industry.
• Track record of partnering with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
• You can translate complex topics into clear and accessible language and easily navigate strategic and abstract as well as technical discussions.
• You have a bias for action, strong analytical skills, and the ability to use data to drive decision-making (bonus points for prior market research experience).
• You have a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and are genuinely excited to be part of building a scale-up success story.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to steer multiple projects simultaneously.
• Native-level language skills in either German or English are essential, and a B2+ level in the other is a strong plus. Mandarin, French, Spanish, Swahili, or Esperanto will impress us over lunch.
