About the Role
Symphony Natural Health is seeking a Email Marketing and Digital Platforms Manager to oversee email marketing automation, CRM integration, digital platform management, website maintenance, and data analytics. This role is responsible for ensuring our marketing tech stack supports acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
This person will strategically and technically lead our digital platforms and will play a key role in data migration, customer segmentation, and reporting, ensuring we leverage customer insights to optimize engagement and retention strategies.
The ideal candidate has expertise in Klaviyo, Shopify, Recharge, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms and is comfortable with email marketing execution, platform integrations, and performance reporting.
Principal Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop and manage email/SMS marketing automation (Klaviyo), including flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor and analyze email marketing KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability).
- Ensure list segmentation, automation, and personalization are optimized for customer engagement.
CRM Management & Customer Insights
- Lead the implementation and integration of a new CRM tool, ensuring it aligns with marketing and sales needs.
- Migrate, organize, and structure customer data to optimize segmentation and automation.
- Develop and manage CRM workflows, lead scoring models, and automated customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and proper syncing across Shopify, Klaviyo, and Recharge.
Performance & Analytics Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports on customer behavior, retention, LTV, and purchase trends.
- Support KPI tracking and dashboard development, providing insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Analyze sales funnel performance and customer lifecycle data, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models to track campaign effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5-7+ years experience in email marketing, CRM management, or marketing data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) a plus.
- Strong expertise in Klaviyo, Shopify, Recharge, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Experience with email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer and marketing performance data.
- Experience leading CRM implementation and data migration is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with data tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integrations and data issues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Basic experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred but not required).
- Experience managing agencies or contractors

- Experience in health, wellness, or CPG industries is a plus.
