About the Role
The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager - B2B Partnerships will be responsible for the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies aimed at generating demand from payers, brokers, employers, health systems, and PCPs. This role involves fostering long-term client relationships and positioning the organization as a leader in the mental healthcare sector. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (including Commercial teams, Product, and Account Delivery) is expected, along with ownership of the marketing strategy from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, strong grasp of B2B marketing tactics, and a proven ability to influence key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B Growth Marketing or Lead Generation experience including end-to-end campaign management
- 3+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing campaigns and Persona-Based targeting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.)
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple, compelling messaging
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare IT, health tech, or SaaS marketing
- Experience building B2B programs and campaigns from the ground up
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR) and industry-specific compliance requirements
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
