About The Role

Our client is looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to assist in go-to-market efforts for their growing portfolio of products. This role is made for a strategist and storyteller who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and community driving the next wave of users onchain.

You’ll work closely with product, partnerships, and ecosystem teams to shape positioning, define messaging, and drive campaigns that resonate with both crypto-native and mainstream users. Your work will directly support the company's broader consumer growth strategy.

What you'll do:

• Develop go-to-market plans, messaging, and launch execution for consumer product ecosystem
• Partner with product teams to translate insights into scalable marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Build messaging frameworks and campaigns that evolve across the product lifecycle, focusing on measurable impact at every stage
• Develop marketing programs that strengthen the products place in crypto culture, engaging both crypto-native and new audiences
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive adoption and amplify reach through coordinated GTM efforts
• Support the development of systems and processes that keep the user perspective at the heart of product and marketing decisions
• Contribute to the establishment of OKRs and performance tracking frameworks to measure the impact of marketing initiatives
• Iterate on strategies based on user feedback, market trends, and campaign results

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar function in crypto, fintech, or consumer tech
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling consumer-facing products or features with quantifiable outcomes
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into clarity
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended problems with structure and insight
• Familiarity with growth loops, funnels, and lifecycle marketing
• Blockchain Enthusiast. A burning curiosity and/or deep understanding of blockchain technologies
• Bonus: Experience managing and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives individual growth and team success
