This role is the operational backbone of the creative team. As the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you'll own the day-to-day traffic and resource management that keeps creative work moving—on time, on scope, and on budget. You'll be the connective tissue between the Creative Director, VP of Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, making sure the right work gets done on time and in the right priority order.
Beyond creative operations, you'll also support broader marketing campaign efforts, driving project initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves a good system, and knows how to solve complex problems with logic, care, and attention.

The base salary range for this position is $86,475.00 to $115,300.00. The total compensation package may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
