About The Role
Our client is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale its marketing operations from the ground up. Working closely with the Director of Demand Generation, this role will lead the development of systems to track engagement, automate multi-channel campaigns, and drive targeted outbound efforts that generate a predictable pipeline. The ideal candidate will also enhance marketing data and reporting to guide future investment decisions and continuously seek innovative ways to maximize team efficiency and impact using modern tools.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Automation and Campaign Operations
- Own automation workflows to manage and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Drive the account nurture and prospecting programs
- Develop and implement automated sales outbound campaigns tied to intent signals (job change data, G2 intent, etc.)
- Support the development and deployment of marketing programs including events, webinars, content programs, product launches, and ABM campaigns
- Define and create audience lists, lead forms, internal notifications, email nurtures, and any other campaign assets that are needed
Lead Management and Data Governance
- Optimize inbound lead follow up and meeting booking
- Manage, refine, and improve lead scoring to surface best-fit prospect accounts for sales
- Ensure accurate segmentation, personalization, and campaign trigger logic
- Run regular database hygiene programs to ensure healthy email deliverability and reduce sunk sales outreach
- Help ensure governance to email and data compliance standards
Technology and Process Management
- Leverage and optimize marketing usage of existing GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Zapier
- Identify capability or technology gaps and manage vendor research and selection processes where appropriate
- Support innovation and experimentation across the team with regards to workflow improvement, particularly in the use of AI
Analytics, Attribution, and Reporting
- Own marketing contribution to GTM forecasting
- Manage real-time reporting on program performance and tracking toward quarterly KPIs
- Manage monthly report out process across the marketing organization and look for opportunities to streamline analytics
- Ensure standardized campaign tracking and UTM usage for downstream measurement of programs and channels
What They Look For
- 7-10 years in Marketing Operations or RevOps within B2B SaaS or tech-driven companies
- A 0 to 1 builder mentality with experience building programs and processes from scratch
- Deep hands-on experience with a leading MAP (ideally HubSpot)
- Advanced mastery of Salesforce or similar CRM, with experience managing custom objects, campaign tracking, reporting, and workflows
- Familiar with modern GTM and data workflow tools and their effective usage
- A willingness and propensity to experiment with new tools, automations, and AI to improve existing marketing workflows and increase individual team member leverage
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and execute within deadlines.
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving business impact through data-driven decisions.
Salary Range
The estimated salary is between $130,000 to $160,000 USD. The total compensation will also include a meaningful variable component and equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
