About The Role
The company is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise-level marketing strategies that amplify the brand narrative and support business transformation. This role drives visibility and alignment around priorities—connecting strategy to execution across internal teams and key external audiences, including producers, policyholders, investors, carrier partners, and reinsurers.
In this highly collaborative position, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Education, Sales Enablement, Product, Software, Innovation, and Claims, as well as GTM leadership, to support stakeholder initiatives and engagement. You’ll also lead the marketing strategy behind large-scale producer engagement events, ensuring strengthened relationships, deepened loyalty, and enhanced external positioning.
