What They Need:
The company is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing Process Initiatives team. You’ll be at the heart of their most strategic initiatives, helping them scale healthcare operations with clarity, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate work across multiple departments and stakeholders throughout the standard phases of a project: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing.
- Communicate with all stakeholders on project status and progress, risks, delays, and adjustments.
- Create and manage a detailed plan of work to be done, the "who" and the "how."
- Act as a process steward, ensuring that projects are compliant with internal procedures and industry regulations, especially within healthcare settings.
- Work closely with the Process Initiatives teams and broader leadership to prioritize, track, and report on project progress.
- Serve as a communication hub between stakeholders in Product, Data, Customer Experience, Finance, and Engineering—keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
- Maintain visibility of projects using tools like Monday.com, Jira, Teams, and Slack.
- Ensure the project delivers the expected quality, outcomes, and benefits.
What You Have:

- 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within healthcare, healthtech, or Durable Medical Equipment.
- Proficient with project tracking systems such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
- Confidence in turning ambiguity into structure.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business, tech, and operations.
- Self-starter who thrives in asynchronous environments and adapts to shifting priorities.
- PM certification(s) preferred: PMP, CAPM, or healthcare-specific certs (e.g., CPHIMS, EOS, Lean Six Sigma, etc).
- Demonstrate organizational skills.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
