About The Role
The Senior Program & Business Operations Manager will lead initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and implement advanced tools—particularly AI-powered solutions—across the Integrated Marketing organization. Partnering closely with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, they will ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, drive operational excellence, and champion scalable workflows that boost productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive execution of important and high-impact Integrated Marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
- Maintain and enhance program management dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide transparency and actionable insights to leadership and teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency across marketing workflows.
- Champion change management efforts by communicating updates clearly, facilitating team alignment, and ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Integrated Marketing team’s tools strategy, with a focus on leveraging best in class, AI-enabled tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for marketing tools & processes, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption and maximize value.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing program/project management or operations, with a track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives or change efforts—ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in dynamic, matrixed organizations.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Skilled in assessing, selecting, and implementing a wide range of marketing, sales, and work management tools.
- Proficient in defining processes and optimizing user experiences within Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and other work management platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experienced in developing and presenting reports, status updates, and performance insights to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in roles involving AI strategy, implementation, or tool enablement.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing teams or working within marketing operations.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines including campaigns, content, customer marketing, and partner/channel marketing.
Compensation
US Zone 2 $168,300—$227,700 USD
US Zone 3 $149,600—$202,400 USD
