About the Role

Our client is seeking a Product Manager II who has established themselves as a reliable product owner capable of delivering complex features and initiatives with minimal oversight. This generalist role will own a core product area end-to-end while contributing meaningfully to product strategy and roadmap development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of a full product roadmap with full end-to-end responsibility anchored to one or more of the following customer journeys: Activation & Onboarding or Carrier Expansion.

• Ship undeniably useful products: Lead conception, strategy, execution, and launch of products that generate value and utility for customers on day 1.

• Champion the customer: Crystallize market and customer insights into user jobs to be done, problems to solve, and use cases to enable.

• Drive product velocity: Work closely with cross-functional partners in data, design, and engineering, driving effective alignment and decisions.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a product manager who has built successful features that deliver utility to end users and customers on Day 1.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments where direct collaboration with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams is essential.
• Skill in translating complex technical capabilities into products that customers want to use.
• Natural curiosity about customer problems and excellence in conducting research interviews to uncover jobs-to-be-done.
• Strong communication skills to write clear requirements and tell compelling stories that rally people around a shared product vision.
• A growth mindset and an innovation-first mentality when approaching problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to supply chain and or logistics.
• Background working on AI-native products.
