About The Role
The Personal Executive Assistant role offers a dynamic opportunity for a proactive, resourceful professional to support the CEO with both business and lifestyle management. Responsibilities include executive outreach, special projects, travel coordination, and personal concierge services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication, multitasking, and discretion. Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, they will collaborate with an assistant team and report directly to the CEO to ensure seamless operations and an enhanced lifestyle experience.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 24/7 concierge service and availability, including weekends and holidays
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
- Manage travel logistics including booking flights, transportation, and accommodations in addition to researching and creating travel itineraries
- Stay up to date on hospitality trends to execute prime reservations and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with other staff members, including the Principal’s Personal Assistant on any household and/or personal projects
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters
- Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment
- Prepare expense reports on a regular basis
What You Have:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant for high-net-worth individuals and/or families
- 24/7 concierge service experience required
- Lives in the New York City area
- Available to travel locally as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidential matters
- Can remain calm under pressure and urgent situations
- Keeps up with industry trends in the city within hospitality: restaurants, events, etc.
What The Company Offers:
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.

Compensation
$80,000—$140,000 USD
