About The Role
The Program Manager at the company is a senior leader responsible for designing, leading, and executing key organization-wide initiatives that drive the hiring company’s strategic priorities and operational excellence. Sitting on the Office of the Executive team and reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role works closely with senior leaders across the organization to align programs with long-term goals, coordinate cross-functional execution, and provide visibility into progress and impact.
This individual will lead complex, high-priority programs with broad organizational scope, often navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities. They will serve as a key strategic thought partner and advisor, ensuring the company’s most important work is well-planned, resourced, and delivered.

This posting is for a full-time, remote, salaried position. Travel may be required on a limited basis to attend all-staff and departmental retreats (1-2 times per year). Additional travel may be required for select positions.

Work Schedule:
This role requires availability during established, regular business hours (Mon-Fri).
Work Environment:
Employees can expect to work with distributed teams across all U.S. time zones. Roles require extended technology usage, and proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack. Regular attendance in virtual meetings is inherent to every position.
Salary Range:
$113,300 - $142,150 - $171,000
Benefits:
