About The Role
In the capacity of a Marketing Operations Manager, your primary objective will be to convey the company's value proposition to customers through sophisticated, relevant, and targeted communications. This position will influence the vision of the organization by developing and executing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement, accommodating a swiftly expanding product roadmap, and announcing the launches of new products, solutions, and features. Collaboration with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams will be essential while prioritizing execution excellence.
Responsibilities
- Crafting marketing and transactional communications for implementation.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns in partnership with the Analytics team.
- Resolving production issues as they arise through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Innovating and executing efficiencies and automated solutions.
- Contributing to the continuous enhancement of processes and the MarTech stack.
- Coding and launching various communications, including emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and text messages.
You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A solid understanding of HTML and CSS development.
- Experience using marketing campaign tools, such as Braze or other similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Figma is required.
- Preference given to applicants with experience in Branch and Segment.
- A proactive, owner-like mentality with a tendency to take initiative.
- Solid prioritization and project management skills.
- An aptitude for problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A desire and capability to create, review, and deploy appealing messaging, alongside an appreciation for elegant design.
