About the role
As a Manager of B2B Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing foundational marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for the company's B2B business. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a proactive leader who can both define and implement marketing initiatives. You’ll analyze performance data and conduct market research to identify opportunities, craft impactful campaigns, and measure success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. If you live within commutable distance to their New York City office (in Hudson Square), their Tempe office (off the 101 at University Dr), or their Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Salary Range
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $103,200 - $135,450 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $92,880 - $121,905 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in the company's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
