About The Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO will play an integral part in coordinating the day-to-day activities of these executives. The hiring company seeks a highly detail-oriented individual who enjoys working within a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate will be strategic and tactical, exercise good judgment, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate administrative and organizational abilities, and maintain a balance among multiple priorities.
It is expected that approximately 75% of this person’s time will be dedicated to work with the CEO, with ~30-50% dedicated to personal tasks during the work day. The remaining 25% of this person’s time will be spent working with the CFO.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the CEO’s internal and external network.
- Prioritize conflicting obligations and needs, independently and proactively carry out projects to completion on tight deadlines.
- Manage and contribute to special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- 4+ years partnering with a CEO or C-Level executive.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
- Confidence in making decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Self-motivated and highly reliable.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Salary Range
$150,000—$175,000 USD
